Play-offs are held for Bantam, Pee Wee, and Girls U12 leagues.  League and play-off tournament champions for the Bantam A, Bantam B, Pee Wee A, Pee Wee B, and Girls U12 leagues will be seeded into the Minnesota Hockey West Regional tournament for that level.  Minnesota hockey does not hold regional tournaments at the C level.

League regular season champions are placed into regional tournaments as the #1 seed from District 5.  All remaining teams are seeded into a single elimination district play-off tournament.  The play-off champion becomes the #2 seed into the regional tournament. Pee Wee C regular season champion is included in their play-off.
