Minnesota Hockey District 5

All USA Hockey registered players in D-5 are required to wear a neck guard at all times while on the ice. 

If your team is playing in a league, or a tournament outside of District 5 you are STILL REQUIRED to have the neck guard on.

The penalty for non compliance is very clear in the D-5 Handbook.
