• Send the rules and bracket with the form. The bracket does not need the teams who are playing when it’s sent. This should help with late fees
• Turned in the form and needed attachments a minimum of 21 before the tournament start date to avoid late fees and to have the tournament listed on the MN Hockey website
• Approved tournament permit form must be posted at the arena

Please submit your permit in as early as possible even if your tournament isn’t full, it can be approved after the bracket and rules are looked at and signed off.
